Spring* is Worth Celebrating with a Feast!

To honor the welcome end to winter, here’s what’s cooking for 2013!

Appetizers

New coats: These Judy Malahy designs are exclusive to Red Rooster Stitchery. In addition to the cherry red swing coat and the leopard print coat we have had, there are some new designs including a black and white checked coat with a lime green scarf, a Burberry patterned capelet; a pink coat with a blingy brooch, and a fancy wedding jacket. These would make great ornaments or frame one to hang on the front of your coat closet!

Entrees

Needle Deeva Trunk Show runs from April 2-27.  This show will feature stitch painted designs including holiday themes, cupcakes for every occasion, and many new designs from this popular needlepoint design company.

Whimsey and Grace Trunk Show is coming in May. For this entrée, we will feature the beautiful florals, brick covers, belts and bookmarks.

In July, we will have a show from Whimsey & Grace featuring their Napoleon bee canvases in belts, purses and other designs.

For August, we will be having a trunk show featuring canvases from a Collection of Designs by Janet Burnett.

Coming in September, we will feature ornaments and stars from Whimsey & Grace.

Sides

School and Collegiate designs: Choose from customized sports stars, hot air balloons, snow people, pennants, ornaments, mini socks and other designs to let everyone know where your spirit lives!

We also have the No Name Chicken and Flamingos I and II in stock. They are beautiful! In addition, we have canvases of porcelain jars and vases – these are beautiful accent pieces.

Animals with Attitude: Every home needs some whimsy and these animal designs from designer Dayan Cameron would be a perfect touch! We have the “Smart Mouth” camel (our description) and the “Lovesick” (again, our description) ostriches in the store. There several animals with attitude to choose from – log in to the Quail Run Needlepoint website to see the entire menagerie which includes a hippo, a beaver, a giraffe and others. All are handpainted and available in either 13 or 18 mesh.

Desserts

Gingerbread houses – both large and small – are here.

Other designs include canvases from the newest and youngest designer in the business (you’ll have to come see!)
